Tenants with Wind and Flood Damage from recent UK Storms

Winds reaching upwards of 90 mph and hundreds of flood alerts meant that Propertyserve’s properties and tenants have been at real risk from the elements.
FM’s and surveyors up and down the country with wind and flood damage are trying to get hold of contractors and tenants in an effort to make safe their properties. There is an element of panic which encourages risks being taken with H&S procedure.
